HOW WE WORK AND OUR FEES Sassy Ideas operates on a ‘pay-as-you go’ principle... we anticipate that you will like us, appreciate the results of our work, and continue to make use of our services. For our smaller clients, and for one-off events and projects, this means there is no need for the economic burden of hiring your own permanent public relations staff, or appointing an expensive PR agency on a fixed contract basis. We believe this offers our clients the best of all worlds in cost effective PR - expertise as and when required. We do not charge for any initial discussions or consultancies – we simply get together with you, usually on the phone, or by email, to discuss your requirements, and take a decision on how to proceed. You remain in control. Whether you appoint us on a task-by-task basis, or for set number of hours per week, you are only ever billed for the work you have agreed to. Since every client’s requirements are individually assessed, we usually charge on an hourly fee basis, providing you with full weekly reports and feedback, and bill you (weekly) according to the time spent carrying out the work. Payments can be made to us directly to our bank account (UK clients) or via PayPal (international clients). Clients who elect to use paid for promotional tools such as Google Adwords will take direct responsibility for payment and we will bill the customer for the time we spend optimising and monitoring their advertisement.
